If your product has breakage or damage, report this within 48 hours after receipt of your package.
We need the following:
1 photo of the broken or damaged product,
1 photo of the inside of the shipping box,
1 photo of the top where your address is visible and 2 photos of the sides.
Do not throw the boxes away before taking the pictures.
Please note we cannot help you further if you do not have photos!
