Shipping and delivery time
Do you live in Belgium, Germany? We do not charge shipping on orders over € 100, -. If you’re order is below € 100,- for Belgium and Germany we will charge only € 8,- . France 12,95 Other EU Countries will be between € 15,- and € 19,- Delivery time for package item to Belgium is almost always the same as in the Netherlands on working days ordered before 16.00 on working days, it will be delivered the next day. Other EU Countries, delivery time wil be between 2 a 4 business days. Free delivery is not applicable for the shipment of furniture and mirrors, this varies upon size and location. Free shipping is not applicable when shipping furniture and mirrors, other shipping rates apply, this does not apply to the Netherlands and Belgium. The Netherlands and Belgium are over 100 euros free for the entire collection.

How fast do you have your order? This counts only for the Netherlands and Belgium. EU country’s will be a delivered between 3 and 7 business days.
Order before 14:00:
Monday, will be on your doorstep on Tuesday.
Tuesday, will be on your doorstep on Wednesday.
Wednesday, will be on your doorstep on Thursday.
Thursday, will be on your doorstep on Friday.
Friday, is on your doorstep Saturday.
Saturday and Sunday, will be on your doorstep Tuesday.

Do you live near Ilham Home Decorations or just want to come by?
This is no problem, you can pick up your order five days a week. Once you have placed your order, you have the option to pick it up.

Mailbox post
Certainly convenient and easy!
Does your order fit your mailbox? Then we send it via a sturdy (bubble) envelope.
The advantage of this is that you do not have to be at home at all to receive these shipments. You will find this on your door mat the next day.
Package item (including Track & Trace)
If your order is not matched by the mailbox or the order exceeds € 50, – we will ship the order by our network partner.
In addition, you will receive a track and trace code directly from our mail when your order is completed, so you can see exactly when the scheduled delivery is.
Pick up parcel at pickup point. (including Track & Trace)
If you are away often and you are unable to attend your package, choose to pick up yourself.
You have the choice of over 5000 collection points throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and France where you can pick up the order yourself the next day.
In addition to a track and trace, you will receive an email or text message (optional) at the time the package arrives at your chosen location.
